✧ Terms of Service
- I have the right to deny a commission request.
- I have the right to cancel a commission if you are disrespectful or inappropriate.
- I WILL NOT draw offensive art or anything I'm uncomfortable with.
- I WILL NOT draw extreme gore, explicit, hardcore, obscene, or NSFW art.
- I WILL NOT draw pornographic art.
- I DO NOT create full nudity/pornographic NSFW art—lewd/kink/softcore art will be censored/covered parts.
- I DO NOT create explicit, hardcore, or obscene art.
- The lewd art will be softcore—for example, an adult character in a bikini, essentially pin-up artwork.
- For lewd/softcore/pin-up art commissions, you must be an adult (18+ internationally, 19+ in Korea). Verification required.
- Commissions are public, meaning commissions may be shared on my social medias/portfolio (negotiable).
- Commission time varies by complexity (discussed via DMs/email).✧ Rights & Usage
- You may use the commissioned work for personal purposes (icon, header, etc.).
- You may post the commission, but you must credit me and state that it was a commissioned piece.
- Commissions can only be for personal use (unless explicitly agreed upon as a commercial commission).
- Commercial license for a commission can be negotiated.
- Commissions CANNOT be used for NFTs.
- Commissions CANNOT be used for AI.
- DO NOT edit, trace, recolor, or claim the artwork as yours.
- DO NOT edit, remove, or crop the watermark.These terms apply to ALL my artwork (commissions/non-commissions).✧ Progress
- Progress will begin once the initial payment is confirmed.
- Progress pictures (sketch, base color, and rendering) will be sent.
- I will provide updates and communicate throughout the process to ensure your vision is brought to life and that you’re satisfied.✧ Revisions
- 1 free revision; extra revisions are charged, depending on the request.
- If the revision requires a completely new drawing, an additional fee will apply based on the stage of completion (for example, switching from a 'full-body water fairy with a blue color scheme' to a 'full-body evil edgy assassin with a red color scheme' is considered a new drawing).✧ Payment
- Payment is upfront. It will be requested after both parties agree to the commission details discussed in the consultation.
- Payment is accepted through Paypal in Euros (currency adjustment negotiable to USD, GBP, or SEK).
- Payment is final once received.✧ Refund & Cancellation
- NO refunds (after payment).
- NO refunds will be issued once the commission is completed.
- If the commission is cancelled during progress (from the client) due to certain circumstances, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- If I cancel the commission due to personal reasons, a full refund will be issued.
- If I cancel the commission due to disrespectful or inappropriate behavior, no refund will be issued.✧ General Information
- This is my art commission website, not my portfolio. My portfolios are my ArtStation & Behance.
- Feel free to contact me even when commissions are closed; however, there may be a wait.
- People have asked why I use Fansly instead of Patreon for my soft-core art. Basically, Patreon is much stricter and can ban accounts even if they follow the guidelines. While I don’t create anything obscene, pornographic, or fully NSFW, and my characters/figures are censored, I’d rather be safe than sorry.
- Please ask for permission before using my artwork as your profile picture, header, wallpaper, etc.
- DO NOT repost my artwork without my permission; please ask for consent first. If it is a commission, you are free to post it.
- DO NOT upload my artwork on a third-party website without my permission (for example Wallpaper Engine, or any other apps/sites). Please ask for consent first.
- My artworks CANNOT be used for NFTs.
- My artworks CANNOT be used for AI.
- My artworks are NOT AI-generated.

♡ Splash Art = Starting from 400 euros.♡ This commission includes 4 sketched thumbnail compositions to explore layout ideas.

♡ Portraits (Headshot or Bust Up) = Starting from 60 euros.
♡ Portraits (Headshot or Bust Up Anime Style) = Starting from 40 euros.♡ I can draw fanart, original characters, characters, friends, and you! :D

♡ Half or Full body ♡
♡ Half Body = Starting from 80 euros.
♡ Full Body = Starting from 100 euros.♡ I can draw fanart, original characters, characters, friends, and you! :D

♡ Emotes = 1 Emote is 10 euros. // 5 Emotes are 45 euros. // 10 Emotes are 90 euros.
♡ Emotes can feature any character you like, such as Pokémon, pets, or original characters, etc.

♡ Stream Graphics = Starting from 80 euros.
